Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We test every component like we’re preparing for race day. If your Schwabe gear doesn’t deliver peak performance, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Bar Grips
  • Bar Tape
  • Brake Pads
  • Cleats
  • Finishing Kit

2. Package & Ship

After receiving your return authorization:

  • Securely package items in original packaging
  • Include the return authorization form we provide
  • Ship to: Schwabe Bike Gear Shop, 23 Burghmuir Rd, Stirling, GB CH3T 7ZD

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after return processing

You’ll receive email confirmation at each stage.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of your replacement item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued minus any original shipping fees
