Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: Bar Grips, Bar Tape, Brake Pads, Cleats, and Finishing Kit.

2. Package & Ship

After receiving your return authorization:

  • Securely package items in original packaging
  • Include the return authorization form we provide
  • Ship to: Schwabe Bike Gear Shop, 23 Burghmuir Rd, Stirling, GB CH3T 7ZD
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after return processing
  • You’ll receive email confirmation at each stage

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued minus any original shipping fees
